How We Work

It makes sense to have a process which is flexible enough to ensure we have all the information needed to create your website and to ensure that the end product is one you can be proud of.

We have been creating websites since 2006 but we have many more years than that of business experience and that is what makes the real difference.  We understand business and we understand what makes top quality customer service as you will see by reading our customer reviews.

More specifically however:

1. The First Contact.

We will have a friendly chat to determine your needs for your business and to get some facts about your business.  We also need to know if you have any design ideas that you want us to follow.  You may have seen some competitor websites that you like and would like us to follow in design without actually copying of course.

2. Images, Text & Branding.

Some businesses have images of their own and we can use these so long as they are of good quality otherwise we can supply some stock images free of charge or we can arrange to take some images for you – there may be an additional charge if this is needed.  The text can be written by us but for the most part this is usually supplied by you and we will guide you for the inclusion of keywords to ensure the best possible ranking on Google.  If you don’t have one you may care to think about a logo.  A logo can give your website that extra special piece of professionalism.  See some examples here.

3. Written Quotation.

Once we have all the information we will write to you outlining our understanding of your requirements and setting out our offering together with a fixed quotation price that we will keep to unless you alter your requirements.

4. The Build.

We will create your website on a temporary domain to which you will have access so you can see the website in the making.  That way we will consult with you as we go along so you can comment on any aspects of the site that you would like to have changed whether it’s colours, style or content.

5. The time factor.

We generally reckon we will have all of this in place within 30 days provided you can let us have the text and images you need for the site or instruct us to provide that for you.

6. Making it happen.
